Stay enquiry form
The form sends your name, email, optional phone number, dates, guest numbers and message to the accommodation provider via the Resend email service. The data is used to handle your stay enquiry and pre-contractual communication under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. The website does not store enquiries in its own database.
When you submit an enquiry, the email may include an indicative visit source: a campaign name from a tagged link or the referring website’s domain. This helps us understand where enquiries come from. We do not create cookies or visitor identifiers for this purpose or store the source in browser storage. We do not send the full referring URL or form data to the analytics service.
Links to other services
Booking.com, MegaUbytovanie and Google Maps open only when you click their links. Their operators’ policies apply on those websites. Our website does not embed an external map or those platforms’ tracking tools.
When the calendar loads or an enquiry is submitted, the server fetches the main occupancy calendar from MegaUbytovanie. Visitors see only occupied nights. Your form data is not sent to MegaUbytovanie. If your dates are occupied, Resend sends you an automatic email with the result and, where available, an alternative stay. Booking details from the calendar are not disclosed to visitors.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use Google Analytics or analytics or advertising cookies. We do not create a persistent visitor identifier for tracking.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc. for aggregate traffic and performance statistics. According to the provider’s documentation, the service does not use cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting to track individual visitors. Reports include page views, referring websites, countries and technical page-loading information.
We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, messages or stay dates to Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to its documentation, the service does not record URL query parameters. The accommodation provider records enquiries and confirmed bookings separately. For more information, see the Cloudflare Web Analytics description and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Technical operation
The hosting provider may process technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the website. The application does not include your enquiry content in technical error logs.
Contact and your rights
You may contact the accommodation provider to request information about processing, access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, subject to the legal conditions. You have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
